What is your return policy? Do I need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before returning something? Do you charge a restocking fee? How much of my money will be refunded when I return something? How long before I get the refund? |

At ETC Press, we are dedicated to providing all our customers
with the highest level of customer service and want you to be
100% satisfied with your purchase. We understand that, at
times, returns happen, and our policy is that you have a right
to do so, no questions asked. If you do need to return any
items please let us know within 30 days of the shipment of your
order, by calling 877.409.2929 ext. 1. All returned items must
be in saleable condition, and must be insured since you are

Do I need an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization Number) before returning
something? Yes. Prior to returning an item you must call us in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Without this number we will not be able to properly refund an item. The RMA# will correspond to your invoice or P.O. |

Do you charge a restocking fee? No, we do not charge a restocking fee. However, we cannot refund the shipping charges. If you have purchased your items at a conference and you received free shipping, when returning parts or all of the order, you will be refunded the cost of the items minus the cost of the shipping that you would have been charged to begin with. Please note that when returning items to us, it is your responsibility to insure the items being shipped back to us. Until we have the items in our posession and the return has been processed, you own those items. |

How much of my money will be refunded when I return something? All of your money will be refunded minus the shipping costs. |

How long before I get
the refund? If your order was placed using a credit card, refunds usually take place the following day after the close of business. If your order was placed and paid using a check, refunds are handled through our accounting department that cuts checks at the end of the month. |
