How do you ship your products?

All of our products are shipped via FedEx, unless the customer places a special order and requests that items be shipped with a different carrier.

 
   
Why do you use FedEx for your shipments?

Currently of all the carriers that are available in the marketplace, FedEx has the best, most reliable, and most trouble free record. For this reason we have contracted with FedEx Ground, and FedEx International.
 
   
What happens if my shipment is damaged or lost?

Although this usually doesn't happen, if you do not receive your package within the allotted time, please call our shipping department through our central number (877.409.2929 ext. 2). We will be happy to track your shipment, and locate it.
However, if your package is lost, we will also make all the negotiations with FedEx, handle all of the paperwork, and in the meantime we will shipped out a replacement package to you.
 
   
Once I place my order, how long before it ships?

FedEx usually has a delivery time frame of between three and four days.
Clients who reside in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana, usually get their orders next day, even though they are shipped via FedEx Ground.
 
   
What is included in your shipping and handling charges?

ETC takes pride not only in making the products we sell, but also making sure that you receive them in an excellent condition. For this reason, every time you open a package you will find that it has been inspected prior to leaving our facility. Each package will also carry the signature of the person who picked your order and the date it was inspected, prior to leaving our facility.

Our shipping costs include, not only the boxes, and packaging supplies, but insurance in the event something is damaged or lost. Each one of our packages carries the assurance that if something does go wrong, you are only a phone call away from getting a replacement. You will never have to deal with FedEx or any negotiations for getting reimbursed. ETC will handle the entire procedure from start to finish.
